| STEAP1（Six Transmembrane Epithelial Antigen of the Prostate 1，前列腺癌六次跨膜上皮抗原1）定位于人染色体 7q21.13，编码一种六次跨膜的细胞膜蛋白，主要表达于前列腺、膀胱等上皮组织及细胞间连接处。它在转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌、尤文肉瘤等多种肿瘤中显著高表达，虽自身缺乏典型NADPH结合域，但可顺利获得与STEAP2等形成异源三聚体参与铁/铜离子还原与稳态调控，并介导细胞间通讯与肿瘤进展，是现在ADC、双抗及CAR-T疗法的热门肿瘤膜靶点。 | |
